Dr. Modi is caring and compassionate. We appreciated the time she took with our rabbit and the clear explanation of the condition and treatment options. She followed up with us, and we were happy to share that our bunny made a full recovery.

Thank you! I have owned animals my entire life. It’s very hard to find a veterinarian that you trust. I’ve met many over the years, the first time I met Dr. Modi I knew she was the one. Dr. Modi is very kind and compassionate. She explained everything that I would need to know. Before, during and after the procedure. I didn’t feel rushed during our appointment. Dr. Modi answered every question I had. I’ve used many of the veterinarians in our area and a far, none of them gave the same security I felt with Dr. Modi. I don’t trust my animals to just anyone. Dr modi earned my trust with the first visit. Dr Modi will have me as a client until day she retires.

My cat Sodapop loves Dr. Modi and thinks he has a new girlfriend. My wife is a nurse and said that she likes Dr. Modi because she gave Sodapop the same care that my wife aims to give her patients. Looks like we have a new vet. The rest of the staff were also polite and responsive. Five stars.

Heights Hospital staff and Dr. Modi have been wonderful caring for my challenging bulldog Sophie. She’s had some medical problems throughout her 8 years and unfortunately has just been diagnosed with PLE. This has been a challenging diagnosis but Dr. Modi and her staff have been going above and beyond to help figure out the best treatment for Sophie to give her the best outcome. I am so thankful to them and definitely recommend them to care for your babies.
When I was a teenager I dated a girl who worked at a vet. The horror stories she would tell me about the owners and how they only cared about profit and would mistreat animals seemed unreal. Later I learned that many animal hospitals use that model. Heights Hospital for Animals is not one of them. Dr. Modi really cares about animals and gave Sodapop very thorough care with lots of love. She's obviously very good at what she does, which is more than you can say for the majority of people at their jobs. We tried another place in Yorktown and Heights was far superior in care. I definitely recommend them and so does my wife, who, for what it's work, is a nurse.
All the workers always make sure Peppa is well taken care of especially because she’s a timid guinea pig. They know how much Peppa can handle & the doctor genuinely cares about her patients. I’m so glad I was able to find a vet with an awesome team. Everyone is always so welcoming.
I brought my dog Zoey here for her annual and dental procedure and i can confidently say i will be bringing her back every time. Dr. Modi is very kind and her staff helped to explain everything that was needed and why. If you’re looking for a vet who knows what they’re talking about and truly cares about your pet then i highly recommend them!

Amazing experience, from the moment you walk in it’s clear they truly care about you and your pet, Dr. Modi and the staff are very knowledgeable and patient, and take the time to explain everything clearly. We have taken our dogs to Heights Hospital for over 20 years. We have always appreciated the care they received, but right now Dr. Modi and her team are going above and beyond to help us navigate care for our 17-year-old dog. We are so grateful for their careful thinking, kindness, and compassion. We love everyone in the office. Even though it is 35-minute drive, we can't imagine taking our pets to anywhere else.

Dr. Modi is truly so gentle, loving and caring. Our pet Corgi Luna always receives great care with her and her team. Dr. Modi takes her time explaining her recommendations and personally called and made herself available after business hours to answer any questions. She is our veterinarian and we are very happy!

Dr Modi is very professional and yet has a special personal touch. I had an emergency with my dog and she was not only accessible but very calm and helped me to navigate the situation, checked on all the symptoms and offered medial options. I cannot thank her enough for her advice and guidance.

Dr Modi is very compassionate and understanding. My dog was having leg issues and she guided me through the whole process. My dog, Buddy, was feeling very sick, so I took him here and he was diagnosed with Lyme disease. The staff provided the right medication at fair prices, and they were incredibly friendly. What I appreciated most was how the doctor and team treated Buddy with such care, as if he were their own pet. Thanks to them, Buddy is now back to his happy, healthy self.

Best veterinary practice hands down. Trust the doctor 1000% as well as the vet techs and staff. They are all kind, caring and just plain friendly and nice people. I’ve been going to this practice since Dr. Delaney was there and now that the practice is under Dr. Modi it continues to be an amazing experience for my cat and now my new puppy as well. Once my car broke down on the morning of my puppy’s follow up appointment and I called the practice to let them know we wouldn’t be able to make it. They called me right back and said they’d be happy to come and pick up Lucky and take him in for his visit and keep him for me while I handled issue with car getting towed. Low and behold Dr. Modi herself came to pick up Lucky along with the fecal samples I had for both cat and puppy. Beyond appreciative of their service and kindness. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for quality veterinary care with kind and caring people with genuine hearts.

My wife and I came home one day and something seemed wrong with our dog Niko. I called HHFA, Dr. Modi in particular, and she was able to get us in right away. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to Niko on that day, but I can't thank HHFA staff enough for being sympathetic, providing us all of our options, and being gracious enough to allow my wife and daughter enough time to take photos, call loved ones and say goodbye. I'd also add that afterwards HHFA staff had a picture drawn of Niko, and even took a paw print, which is something my wife wanted to get done. These gestures were done without anyone requesting them and go to show that the HHFA staff is not only extremely professional but have huge hearts as well. Once again thank you to Dr. Modi and all of her staff, and we will be bringing any future pets to HHFA for their care.

I brought my cat here for years. Dr. Dave and the rest of the doctors always did a great job treating the several problems my cat had. I called the office many times to ask for advice and Dr. Dave always returned my calls and answered all my questions. The rest of staff is great too. They are very friendly, organized and they care about your pet.
The vets and staff at HHFA do a great job. They are kind and caring, and really take great care of our pets. Separate entrances and waiting rooms for dogs and cats is a nice feature. It isn't a fancy office - just good solid care, with the money spent on the care, not on fancy furniture and office decor. Highly recommended!

Found out about this veterinary group through the Humane Society after adopting my new kitten and I am very happy that I did! They are very responsive, prompt, and Dr. Dave who worked with me and my fur baby was extremely knowledgable and caring. I had my cat stay there for 5 days and could tell he was taken great care of. Everyone who I interacted with was lovely. I don't normally write reviews, but I feel like this smaller group deserves all the recognition! Thank you again.

Excellent veterinary office! Each doctor operating at this clinic (Dr. Delaney, Dr. Dave, and Dr. Sebetic who also appears to do a lot of the surgery) cares deeply for their patients and has the knowledge base to back it up. The vet techs there (Lisa, Rebecca, and Victoria) are also experienced and on point, demonstrating high degrees of professionalism and empathy and able to elicit information needed to determine whether something is a standard visit or whether it is an emergency. They have taken awesome care of my last four feline family members, some of whom have had unique medical issues. Onto physical amenities: there are two entrances, one (wooden door) for dogs and the other for non-dogs. The main parking lot can get filled at times, so I park in the parking lot behind the building (accessible by breezeway) at the far reaches of the ex-KMart parking lot, so there's always plenty of good parking if you're looking. I could not recommend this team more highly.
We have used Dr Dave and Dr Nancy for 30 years...the kindness and professionalism are second to none. You can trust them with your beloved family members. I can't recommended them any higher !
Knowledgeable friendly professional and patient. Dr. Delaney was the first vet to see our new boxer pup and she was so kind gentle and patient. She understood the importance of taking her time to ensure the vet hospital was a positive experience to my little guy. I never want him hating the vet, after all they are there to help our fur kids and we want our pup to be as cooperative as possible for any future treatments or preventative measures. The receptionist/office manager has been there 30 years. That says alot about the place. She fit us in when I had accidentally made our appt at the wrong vet. She was friendly, understanding, and very professional. Thankfully they had a cancellation so they were able to fit us right in. So far, I am very happy with our decision to take our pup here for his vet needs.

Dr. Delaney and her staff are second to none. I've taken my 12 year old dog there since the day I got him. Even when they had bad news to give me, I've never had a bad experience. Every employee genuinely cares. The staff always goes above and beyond to be pleasant and do what's best for him. When my dog had surgery, I arrived for pick up to see a staff member holding him for comfort. When I was skittish to change his bandage after a gross injury, they took time to teach me even when it was inconvenient for them. Even when I annoyingly call for advice, never an impatient tone and they take the time to listen and address my concerns. I'm positive they don't get all the thanks they deserve. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all the love and time you've put into fur babies!
Dr Nancy is fantastic as are all the doctors. The Vet Techs are without comparison. We and other family members have been bringing our dogs here for years. They are an integral part of all our pet's well being. I can't say enough about the help they have been and the level of care they provide. I recommend them to everyone.

The vets at Heights Hospital have taken care of my husband's family pets for years. When we moved to Westchester it was no question who we would use as a vet for our fur babies. Dr Nancy is so patient and kind, I know she loves both my pets as much as I do. If you are looking for great care and true animal lovers I highly recommend Heights Hospital!
