Office Visit Fee
Our standard office visit fee is $99.23, which covers the examination itself: your veterinarian assesses your pet's overall health and talks through any concerns. Treatments, diagnostics, lab work, and medications are billed separately, and you get a written estimate before we proceed with any of them.
What to Expect at Your Visit
Our front desk team checks you in and reviews your pet's information. New clients should arrive a few minutes early for paperwork, or save time by filling out our new client forms beforehand. Your veterinarian then performs a full physical exam and discusses your pet's health, behavior, diet, and symptoms. Bring a list of questions so we can cover everything.
Types of Appointments
We see patients for annual wellness exams, vaccinations, sick visits, follow-ups, and pre-surgical consultations. Mention the procedure or service when you schedule so we can set aside the right amount of time. Routine checkups are worth booking well ahead, as those slots fill up quickly.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Call (914) 962-5579 to change or cancel a visit, with as much notice as you can give us so we can offer the slot to another patient. Things come up, and we will do our best to fit you back in.
Payment and Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and cash, plus CareCredit financing if you would rather pay monthly. If you have pet insurance, check your coverage and reimbursement process with your provider before the visit.
